Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She's an actress, a writer health guru, talk host, show producer, entrepreneur model, director dancer, singer as well as a wife and mother! Perpetual Motion must be her name. Marilu's lifestyle has been a testament to her health-conscious method of living. She believes that when you're in the right health you can accomplish everything.
